Maldives' historic first participation in Miss Universe 2024 ended with Maryam Shaina Naseem not making it to the Top 30 finalists. Held in Mexico City, the event highlighted global talent, with representatives from 130 nations competing for the prestigious crown. Despite her elimination, Maryam’s participation marked a significant milestone for the Maldives, showcasing the nation's cultural pride on an international platform.
