3. Response to DMCA Takedown Notices

- Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice (see Section 4).
4. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent restoration within 10 business days.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Afirin.Net enforces a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws. We reserve the right to disable or remove accounts associated with multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
