The Platform also provides tools for members to display third-party payment details to receive direct virtual gifts from other members.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Strict Original Content Policy

To maintain an authentic, high-quality community, Afirin.Net enforces a strict originality standard.

• Ownership Required: You must own or hold all necessary rights to any content, text, photos, job postings, or listings you publish on the Platform. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, and unauthorized re-posting of other people's work are strictly prohibited.

• Content License: When you post original content, you retain your copyright. However, you grant Afirin.Net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and filter your content by country or category for the functional purposes of the Platform.

• Violation Enforcement: Afirin.Net reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content reported or discovered to be unoriginal, plagiarized, or infringing, and to permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this policy.

4. Decentralized Member Gifting & Financial Disclaimer

Afirin.Net features a peer-to-peer virtual gifting system. By using this feature, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No Financial Intermediation: Afirin.Net does not process, hold, clear, or handle any monetary funds. We do not act as a payment gateway, escrow service, or financial institution.

• Direct Transfers: When you link your Bank Account number or PayPal email to your profile, you are choosing to display this information publicly or to verified members so they can send funds directly to you via those external platforms.

• No Platform Liability: Any financial transaction, gift, or donation occurs entirely outside of Afirin.Net. We are not responsible or liable for failed transfers, payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or the security of your third-party financial accounts. You use PayPal or your banking institutions at your own risk.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Listings

When using the country-filtering features, directory services, and social feeds, you agree not to post content or listings that:

• Contain fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information (including fake job postings, fake local offers, or unauthorized events).

• Promote illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, defamation, or pornography.

• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest data from the Platform or artificially inflate post popularity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Afirin.Net, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.

• Any financial transaction or interaction occurring directly between you and another member via third-party services (PayPal, banking institutions).

• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or removal of your original content.

7. Modification and Termination

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major updates by changing the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance.

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Afirin.Net at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, including but not limited to copyright infringement or fraud.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operators reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
